The SwissPass in a few words

Valid throughout Switzerland, the SwissPass is a transport concept that allows you to present the same card, whatever your pass and the public transport system you use.

The general and half fare pass, as well as partner services such as PubliBike, SuisseMobile, Mobility CarSharing and the fees for several ski resorts, are also available on the SwissPass red card.

The SwissPass, a sort of wallet for transport, is constantly being enriched in order to simplify your journeys and leisure activities:

•    For winter sports with the fees for certain ski resorts in Switzerland
•    At shows and concerts with our partner, Ticketcorner

At tl, you can manage and renew your pass entirely online through your personal account.

How can I get a SwissPass from tl?
You don’t have a SwissPass cardYou already have a SwissPass card
  1. Go to the Flon or Haldimand customer service centre
  2. Order your SwissPass card when purchasing your pass. You will need a new photo. At tl, you can have your photo taken on site for free every time you renew or purchase a pass.
  3. You will receive your Mobilis pass on a temporary SwissPass card, valid 15 days from the date of purchase, as well as a receipt.
  4. Your pass is valid immediately.
  5. The SwissPass card will be sent to you by mail within 10 days.

To purchase or renew your Mobilis pass on the SwissPass card, you can:

  1. Go to the Flon or Haldimand customer service centre
  2. Renew online at tl_shop (in French only)

Usually renew your annual or monthly Mobilis Pass via a Copernic machine?

Get ready for a change!
From mid-June 2017, the network’s 15 Corpernic machines (in French only) will be removed.
You will then need to replace your Mobilis card with a new SwissPass card for free by visiting one of our Flon or Haldimand customer service centres (in French only).

Want to buy or renew your general or half fare pass?

Simply visit one of our tl and LEB customer service centres to create or renew a general or half fare pass. You will receive your new red SwissPass card by mail a few days later, replacing the blue card you have had up until now.

Simplified renewal of your general or half fare pass

With the SwissPass, you no longer need to worry about renewing your pass. General and half fare passes are renewed automatically. Before the automatic renewal, you will receive a letter reminding you of the possible cancellation date.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your general or half fare pass on SwissPass must take place within the given time scale (see general conditions of purchase).  You can cancel your pass directly at the tl and LEB Customer Service Centres in writing or by visiting the swisspass.ch website.
