Competition rules

Participation

tl competitions are open to all natural persons of any age. Participants under the age of 18 may participate in competitions under the responsibility of their legal representative. Employees (and their family) of transports publics de la régions lausannoise SA and the various companies affiliated to the organisation are not permitted to participate.

Participation in a competition is free of charge and is not subject to any obligation to purchase or to enter into a contract for any other services.

Registration

Registration for prize draws is possible only via the following channels:

  • The tl club, which are exclusively available to our subscribers, or via our competition applications on our Facebook page;
  • By post, specifying the name of the competition in which you wish to participate, to tl, ch. du Closel 15, 1020 Renens 1

Registration requests which do not comply with these regulations will not be taken into account.

The competition process

Participants must submit their form during the competition period specified for each competition. A single prize draw is held at the end of the aforementioned period. The winners will be officially notified by the organiser by post, e-mail or telephone.

Exchange – reimbursement – equivalent value

The prizes awarded may not be transferred or exchanged and do not entitle the winner to a reimbursement. However, travelcards for the Greater Lausanne area can be transferred to a third party or carried forward to the following year.

Use of participants' contact details

The winners of a prize draw authorise the organiser to disclose their surname, first name and place of residence in the media and/or online. The participants authorise the organiser to use their contact details free of charge for the purposes of marketing campaigns. These contact details will be subject to automatic processing and will be stored in a computer file.

Responsibility

The organiser can under no circumstances be held responsible in the event of non-delivery.

Changes to conditions and acceptance of the regulations

To participate in a competition, participants must accept these regulations in full and without any reservations. On registering for a competition, the participant expresses their agreement with the regulations. Failure to comply with the regulations results in the cancellation of the participant's registration for the competition. Any disputes which arise in relation to the interpretation or application of these regulations will be definitively settled by the organiser, without recourse of any kind.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the regulations, or even to postpone or cancel the organisation of a competition in justified cases.

Recourse to legal proceedings is excluded.
