Customer service

Contact one of our customer service advisors on 021 621 01 11 (price of a local call, no surcharge). Our service is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Following the establishment of a joint organisation between tl and LEB, since 12 December 2016 our customer service has been responsible for processing requests from customers of the LEB line.

Experienced advisors are on hand to help you in our various customer centers. They will be happy to answer your questions about purchasing tickets or to provide any information you might need about our transport network. If you have any questions about reimbursements of online purchases, please contact our Flon point of sale directly.

• you can come to our offence notification office in Flon
• you can call us on 021 621 01 11 (price of a local call, no surcharge).
• you can fill in our contact form, in which case you will need to create a personnal account or log in to your account.
